My Coffee with God 06.03.17

My children and brothers and sisters we all can share and know about how people have betrayed and hurt us. this even happens in churches among church members who claim to be Christians. Maybe this is why it is so hard to find a church you can feel comfortable in. During the tragedy that occurred with our daughter, my wife confided with a woman she thought was her close friend and she could share her true feelings. This person turned on her and told everything was her fault. My wife was really hurt and felt like the author's friend did. I agree there are no one on this planet you can really trust because this is a fallen world, but you can still love them as Christ loves you. Christ has said that greater love has no man than one who will lay down his life for his friends. That is definitely true. Laying down your life for someone can be as simple giving them a bit of your time or resources to help them. Who can you lay down your life for today? Ask Jesus to help you.
