My Daily Coffee with God: A Perfect Father

My children and brothers and sisters in Christ when I read today's scriptures and devotion from our Daily Bread Ministries (2017), I was convicted on how short I was a model Dad. I did my best, but I made a lot of mistakes and did a lot of things wrong. When I look back, there are a lot of things I would do differently. One thing for sure is that I loved them all unconditionally and still willing to give my life for them.This is how our Heavenly Father loves us. He is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love, and most of all forgiving. To all your Dads out there, we have our Father in Heaven as our role model on how to be a Dad to our children. Man up!
