My coffee with God: Be Encourage Others and Build One Another Up

My children and brothers and sisters in Christ another way to reflect God's love and kindness is to encourage and build one another up. We need to do this in every situation and setting. I know from the experiences from my wife's workplace and mine. Although my wife loves the company she works for, she feels at times discouraged. There is little encouragement or building up one another. However, there is a lot of gossip and negative words. I once worked at a great school who had a leader who was a Christian. He followed scriptures and encouraged and built up all his teachers. The workplace was great and everyone followed his example. Then He was replaced. the next leader was very demeaning and abusive. Soon the workplace was a place of tension and negativity. Teachers started to leave. I moved on to another site where I felt very mistreated and worthless. When this leader was replaced, the whole workplace became alive and thriving. Through God's help, the present leadership's encouragement, we all became encouragers, supporters and were always lifting each other up. As Christians, we need to follow God's example and be encouragers and builders of lives. That is the biblical thing to do.
