My Daily Coffee with God: Spiritual Cleaning

My children and brothers and sisters in Christ, we have a saying called "spring cleaning" this is the time people use to clear out their closets of old clothing and things. Well, we need to do "spiritual cleaning" also. We can do this by turning to God and asking Him for cleansing and renewing. The Apostle Peter had a method to do this. He said that we are to rid ourselves of all deceit and all malice, hypocrisy, jealousy, and slander including lies and gossip (1 Peter 2:1). When you do you will have more room in your life to worship and follow God's will and purpose for you, which is to serve and love others and tell others the "Good News" of the Gospel. Who can you be a service to today? Who can you bring the "Good News" about God's grace, mercy, and forgiveness?
