My Daily Coffee with God: Living a Humble Life

My children and brothers and sisters in Christ James, a disciple and half brother to Jesus, often talks about how we are to live by being doers and not just hearers of the Word. He discussed that being humble before the Lord is a way of being doers of The Word. Being humble before the Lord means to give in to Jesus, body and soul. Let Jesus direct your paths in every aspect of your life. When you have done this, the devil no longer has you. He will flee from you and God will come closer to you. Whenever you feel that temptation will get the better of you, call upon Christ Jesus and He will fight the battle for you.
