My Daily Coffee with God: Who Can We Turn to in a Crisis?

My brothers and sisters in Christ, the prophet Habakkuk has asked the Lord (from his perspective) why he continues to allow evil to prevail in Israel. God's answer is that He will send an army to punish Israel. Habakkuk now knows the impending doom that awaits Israel. Of course Habakkuk questioned God's motive of allowing a cruel nation to inflict punishment on Israel, but, he makes it perfectly clear that he trusts in The Lord. In life, you will face impending disasters. You have a choice of relying on God's strength and resources or the world. You have to remember that whatever happens in life, God is in control. You may not see His actions right away, but rest assured, He is already working. You can rely on Him to get you through any crisis.
