True Contentment

My dearly beloved children and brothers and sisters in Christ, today's scripture reading reminds me of a conversation I was having with one of my tennis friends. He was a very successful timeshare salesman. He told me that many were never content even though they had all the money and luxuries one could wish for. It dawned on me right away that they were missing God. Only God can bring true happiness and contentment. We are made in His image and He has written his word on our hearts. We are made for The Lord and we will never be content until we find rest in Him.
