Redemption

My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, some people still think they can have eternal life with God through good works, based on the OT laws. The truth is we are all descendants of Adam and Eve and born into sin. If you violate one law, you are guilty before God. The only punishment is condemnation and spiritual death. God, at the beginning of the downfall of man, set in motion a plan for redemption. His plan for redemption is through Jesus. We take the simple step of putting our faith in Jesus and His death and resurrection. Like the Apostle, Paul said, “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved” (Rom. 10:9)
