Thanksgiving, the Real Story

My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, you may think that Thanksgiving originated in this country. You are wrong Thanksgiving dates back as far as Genesis. In Exodus, God commands Moses “Celebrate the Festival of Harvest with the firstfruits of the crops you sow in your field.” (Exodus 23:16). Now many countries in the world celebrate the land’s bounty, that is only possible through God. Ghana, Brazil, China, and Canada are few. The Lord causes the seasons in due time. When you celebrate Thanksgiving, thank God for what He has provided for you.
