Freely Giving

My beloved brothers, and sisters in Christ, All that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words. He is the sole source of my writing. All the credit goes to God, not to me. I am only his humble servant.The conversation about tithing is always at the forefront of debate. God required tithing to support the Levitical tribe, which offered sacrifices to the Lord and assisted in temple work, as well as provide for the poor. Some churches use the old Testament Laws to demand members to give 10% of their income. Jesus fulfilled the demands of the Mosaic law, and there is no longer a required tithe. However when we give, freely and fearlessly, we show our confidence and honor our loving Father.
