Train As You Go

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries. Today's devotion is titled "On-the-Job Training" The scripture is from 2 Timothy 1:6–14 with key verse being "Of this gospel I was appointed a herald and an apostle and a teacher." 2 Timothy 1:11. Xochitl Dixon wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers, and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words. He is the sole source of my writing. All the credit goes to God, not to me. I am only his humble servant. What I take from this passage is that God calls us to trust him when he has a task for us. He will transform us while using us to encourage others as we share His love and truth wherever He sends us.
