A Song of Praise in Times of Trouble

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries. Today's devotion is titled "Praising God’s Goodness" The scripture is from Psalm 136:1-15 with key verse being "Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever" Psalm 136:1. Lawrence Darmani wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers, and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words. He is the sole source of my writing. All the credit goes to God, not to me. I am only his humble servant. Presently, there are racial tensions, global conflicts, and political unrest. It is enough to frighten anyone. To counter our fears, we can remember all the things God did in our lives and His promise to never leave nor forsake us.
