Renewing Your Strength and Courage

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries. Today's devotion is titled "The Babushka Lady" The scripture is from Acts 2:22–36 with key verse being "Let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Messiah" Acts 2:36. Bill Crowder wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers, and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words. He is the sole source of my writing. All the credit goes to God, not to me. I am only his humble servant. After Jesus was crucified, his disciples discouraged and afraid hid. When Jesus arose and visited them, He renewed their strength and courage. After the Holy Spirit fell upon them, nothing could stop them from spreading the good news about God's mercy and salvation through Jesus. When we feel weak or timid, we can turn to Jesus for strength and courage to share our Savior with others.
