I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries. Today's devotion is titled "Saying Grace" The scripture is from Colossians 3:12–17 with key verse being "Whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him" Colossians 3:17. David C. McCasland wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers, and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words. He is the sole source of my writing. All the credit goes to God, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I say "grace" whenever I eat or have a snack. I say it before I read and comment on scripture. I ask for God's physical and spiritual protection and guidance each day before I do anything else. The best place to “say grace” is anywhere and anytime you want to give thanks to the Lord and honor Him.
