The Perfect Church

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, www.odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “Hiding Our Hurts” The scripture is from Hebrews 4:12–13 with key verse being “The word of God . . . judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart” Hebrews 4:12. Elisa Morgan wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words. He is the sole source of my writing. All the credit goes to God, not to me. I am only his humble servant. This devotion is a little uncomfortable for me. I know my God does not judge because I am His child and He knows everything about me. However what the author is suggesting; I will to a certain point. What is good for all of us to remember that we live unapologetically as broken and forgiven followers of Christ.
