What A Savior!

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, www.odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “Sinners Like Us” The scripture is from Luke 15:1–7 with key verse being “This man welcomes sinners and eats with them” Luke 15:2. Kirsten Holmberg wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words. He is the sole source of my writing. All the credit goes to God, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I am glad that Jesus continued to pursue me, even as I resisted. I was a "lost sheep", but I had no clue. There were times when I should have died, but He kept me alive, so I will not perish before being saved. What a Savior! If Jesus pursued me, He can welcome anyone into His Kingdom. Tell your unsaved friends that Jesus welcomes them.

Heavenly Father, I can’t thank You enough for the radical love of Your Son, who drew me, an outcast and moral failure to Him, and made the way for all to come to You in joy and boldness.
