Jesus's Love

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, www.odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “Radical Love” The scripture is from Luke 14:7–14 with key verse being “When you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind” Luke 14:13. Jennifer Benson Schuldt wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words. He is the sole source of my writing. All the credit goes to God, not to me. I am only his humble servant. Love, there are several degrees of love. Some examples are; love for your country, car, job, sports, teams, and family. Then, there is Jesus's love for humanity. Jesus teaches us that we love our neighbor, look after, and provide for their needs. He shows us to love unconditionally without expecting anything in return. Jesus loved us so much that He gave His life for us.

Dear God, help us to explore the depths of Your love. We want to give to others what You have given to us.
