I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, www.odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “That Smiling Man" The scripture is from Colossians 3:18–23 with the key verse, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters” Colossians 3:23. Adam Holz wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words. He is the sole source of my writing. All the credit goes to God, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I had many jobs. I never regret working in these jobs. I knew that God placed me for a reason. I kept a smile on my face and worked hard for God and not for man. This is a legacy I wish to leave for you, my brothers and sisters in Christ, and grandchildren. Whatever you do, do in the name of The Lord.

Lord, help us to tackle everything on our plate today with grace, enthusiasm, and joy, knowing that our attitude may affect others in ways we're not even aware of.

May God bless you and as He blessed us.
