Jesus Is Always Here

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “Jesus Reached Out" The scripture is from Matthew 14:22–33 with the key the verse, “Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him” Matthew 14:31. Julie Schwab wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words. He is the sole source of my writing. All the credit goes to God, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I can not count how many times I have been busy and distracted. There are many times when I felt like the author, drowning in my life. On more than one occasion I reached out to Jesus, and He took my hand to save me from drowning. Where ever you are in your faith, You can count on Jesus to calm life's storms and save you.

Lord, help us to turn to You in the midst of our busyness and life’s distractions. Thank You for always being here, ready to catch us.
