I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “God’s Care for Us" The scripture is from Genesis 3:1–13 with the key verse, “The Lord God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them” Genesis 3:21. Alyson Kieda wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He lead me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as a base for comments. I remember when our children were innocent. Everything was exciting and worth exploring. We enjoyed watching them but kept a close eye. However, as the author mentioned, our children learned to lie and blame. We do not know how or when they picked up these sins (Romans 3:23). We were very sad, but we still loved them. We know through the Bible that God loves us in spite of our rebelliousness. As parents, we will sacrifice anything for our children's innocence and salvation. God sacrificed his only son for our justification and salvation. The next time you look at your children or grandchildren, remember what God did for us.

Dear Lord, thank You for loving us, despite our sin, and for making a way for

us to be with You forever!

God bless and keep you.
