We Can See Jesus

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “We Would See Jesus" The scripture is from John 12:20–26 with the key verse, “They came to Philip . . . with a request. “Sir,” they said, “we would like to see Jesus.” John 12:21. Amy Boucher Pye wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words, so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He lead me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as a base for comments. This scripture is a turning point is God's salvation plan. When The Greeks, who were attending the Festival asked to see Jesus. Jesus replied, that His hour had come to be glorified, He would die for the sins of many, including The Gentiles. He sent His Holy Spirit to dwell in us until his return. As we love and serve Jesus, we see Him active in our lives, and those around us see Jesus, also.

Lord Jesus Christ, we are humbled and amazed that You would come and live in us. Help us to share this amazing gift with those we meet every day.
