I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “Serve Continually" The scripture is from Daniel 6:10–22 with the key verse, “Has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to rescue you? ”Daniel 6:20. Keila Ochoa wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words, so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He lead me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as a base for comments. One thing I admire about Daniel is that he served God continually and consistently, even while captive to the Babylonians. God never left him or forsake him. To grow our spiritual lives requires discipline. When we develop spiritual discipline of regularly spending time with God, we grow in our trust of Him. Every day let's spend time with God to grow in knowledge and understanding of our Savior.

Father, we thank You for the privilege of serving You. Help us to spend regular time with You in order to grow in our knowledge of You.

God bless and keep you
