God's Word Is Good

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “Good for You?" The scripture is from Psalm 119:65–72 with the key verse, "You are good, and what you do is good; teach me your decrees” Psalm 119:68. Dave Branon wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words, so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He lead me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as a base for comments. The theme for this devotion is God's Word is good for you. The internet is useful for information, but God's Word is best for life's questions and guidance. God’s Word is the only sure foundation for life. Think about how you can apply God’s Word to every situation you face, even difficult ones.

God, thank You for leaving us Your inspired Word. Help us to read it carefully, interpret it correctly, and apply it enthusiastically in our lives.
