Legacy

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “Legacies of Love" The scripture is from 2 Timothy 1:1–5 with the key verse, "Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven” Matthew 5:16. James Banks wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words, so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He lead me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as a base for comments. I learned about God's love and salvation from my mother and grandmother. The reason I write in this journal and blogs is to leave a legacy for my Christian brothers and sisters and my family. I will never be wealthy to leave any financial fortune, but I can at least leave a spiritual inheritance. When you share your faith, you share the greatest treasure of all.

Thank You for those who shared Your love with me, Father. Please help me to point others to Your salvation today.
