How Valuable Is Wisdom!

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “Wisdom’s Source” The scripture is from 1 Kings 3:16–28 with the key verse, “Give your servant a discerning heart.” 1 Kings 3:9. Jennifer Benson Schuldt wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words, so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He lead me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as a base for comments. Wisdom, it escapes all of us at some time or another. If only we ask for God's wisdom before we make any decision. The world would be a better place. Wisdom is better than gold, silver, or any riches. God is also our personal counselor who is willing to give us godly wisdom in great amounts.

We worship You, God, as the true source of wisdom. Please show us how to make choices that bring honor to Your name.
