God Watches Over Those Who Trust Him

I start every morning and evening with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. “A Mother’s Love” is the title of today’s devotion. The scripture is from Psalm 91:1–6 with the key verse, “He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.” Psalm 91:15. Leslie Koh wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words, so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He led me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as a base for comments. Psalm 91 is assurance that God is with those who trust Him. God delivers, protects, and uplifts His children. When we navigate the dark valleys of life, we take comfort that the all-powerful Lord watches over us and is active in our lives.

Lord, thank You for the assurance that we’re always under Your watchful care.
