Praises

I start every morning and evening with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. “Mosaic of Beauty” is the title of today’s devotion. The scripture is from Luke 1:46–55 with the key verse, “My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior.” Luke 1:46–47. Lisa Samra wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words, so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He led me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as a base for comments. During the Christmas season, it is easy to get caught up in the commercial side of Christmas. It brings anxiety and stress. To counter, we can recall things God has done for us, to express praise can lead us to rejoice.

Father, we praise You for the great things You’ve done in our lives this year. We rejoice in Your mercy and care for us.
