Kindness

I start every morning and evening with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. “Acts of Kindness” is the title of today’s devotion. The scripture is from Acts 9:32–42 with the key verse, “[Tabitha] was always doing good and helping the poor.” Acts 9:36. Estera Pirosca Escobar wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, before I write, I pray first to God to guide my words, so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He led me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as a base for comments. The purpose of this article is to promote kindness. Kindness is one way to reflect the love of God. As we’re kind to those around us, may they turn their thoughts to God and feel valued by Him.

Dear Lord, help me to follow You and show kindness to those around me, so they can see You in me.
