Just Breathe

The scripture is from Psalm 104:10–24 with the key verse, “How many are your works, Lord! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures.” Psalm 104:24. Kirsten Holmberg wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, before I write, I pray first to God to guide my words, so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He led me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as a base for comments. I love to sit outdoors and let my mind go adrift. As the author of this devotion, I sit back and take in nature. This is the biggest rush for me. In the midst of a harried life, a quiet moment can remind us of God’s creative might. He surrounds us with evidence of His power and tenderness.

Lord, Your creation amazes me. You made all things through Your limitless power, inviting us to enjoy the beauty You’ve surrounded us with. Help me to notice Your works and worship You in quiet moments.
