Failures Into Success

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “In-Service Training” The scripture is from Matthew 16:21-28 with the key verse, "On this rock I will build my church" Matthew 16:18. Jennifer Benson Schuldt wrote this devotion. My beloved children, grandchildren, brothers, and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words, so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He led me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as a base for comments. There are times in our Christian lives we fumble, stumble, and fail. Do not give up on yourselves. My coach told me that failure is the beginning of understanding and winning. God will not give up on you. Jesus can use failures to teach you and lead you forward in your service for Him. Reflect: How has God used challenges in your life to lead and equip you to serve Him? What past failure do you need to release to Him today?

Prayer: Lord, I believe You can use any experiences to teach us more about who You are. Take our failures and use them for Your glory.
