Spiritually Groomed

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “Carefully Crafted” The scripture is from Ephesians 4:11–14 with the key verse, “Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people” Ephesians 4:11–12. Linda Washington wrote this devotion. My beloved children, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, brothers, and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words, so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He led me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as an inspiration for my comments. When you become children of God, 'Christ brings people in your Spiritual life to help develop your full potential for Him. These people are those designated as church leaders. Since my wife and I have joined this church. We had the privilege of being coached by dynamic leaders to help our spiritual growth. We learned more from them in one year than we have on our own. Thank God for them! As we follow the guidance of these people He placed in our lives, we become more effective as He sends us out to serve.
